Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Natural Disaster Resources

We understand members may be facing financial difficulties due to the pandemic and the wildfires that have taken place recently. To support our members, we've developed a Member Financial Assistance Program1 to help with COVID19, and a Natural Disaster Program to assist with the wildfires. We are also participating in the California Mortgage Forbearance Program by offering the Mortgage Hardship Skip a Pay Program. Please read the below details about each program.


We continue to take specific precautionary steps to protect our members and employees as we support Shelter in Place. We continue to follow the CDC guidelines by exercising extra precautions to sanitize our facilities and maintain social distancing.

Mortgage Hardship Skip-a-Payment Program

  • This program offers our members the opportunity to skip up to six months of your mortgage payment.

Hardship Skip-a-Payment Program (other loans): 

  • With this program, you’ll have the opportunity to skip up to six months of your visa® credit card, auto and or personal loan payment(s).

Zero Cash Advanced Fee:

  • Use your visa® credit card to transfer cash to your PremierOne checking or savings account, and we will waive the cash advanced fee.

  • For a limited time we are granting emergency limit increases to your existing visa® credit cards.

  • For your convenience, we have increased our ATM withdrawal from $500 to $1,000 per day.

  • There is no limit on the number of deposits; however, there are per check, daily and monthly limits on the dollar amounts deposited: PER CHECK LIMIT: $25,000 / DAILY LIMIT: $25,000

Branch Location and Hours:

      • All branches are open Monday – Thursday from 10:00 am - 5:00pm
      • All branches are open Friday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
      • All branches with the exception of Asbury, are open Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
      • Our call center remains open during regular business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please be aware that our hold times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume.
