Coronavirus (COVID-19) Help and Resources



The United States Postal Service is delivering one shipment of 4 COVID tests per residential address. To get your free tests, enter your name, address and email at to request a shipment.

Zero Cash Advanced Fee:

  • Use your visa® credit card to transfer cash to your PremierOne checking or savings account, and we will waive the cash advanced fee.

ATM Withdrawal:

  • For your convenience, we have increased our ATM withdrawal from $500 to $1,000 per day.

Mobile Deposit:

  • There is no limit on the number of deposits; however, there are per check, daily and monthly limits on the dollar amounts deposited: PER CHECK LIMIT: $25,000 / DAILY LIMIT: $25,000

The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program helps income-eligible households with rent and utilities, both for past due and future payments. The federal Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 provides tenant (renter) protection laws and funding to support this program and was signed by Governor Newsom in January 2021.

Branch Location and Hours:

      • All branches are open Monday – Thursday from 10:00 am - 5:00pm, Friday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
      • All branches with the exception of Asbury, are open Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
      • Our call center remains open during regular business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please be aware that our hold times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume.
