Information about PremierOne Credit Union and the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We continue to take specific precautionary steps to protect our members and employees as we support Shelter in Place. As a result, we will be consolidating our branch network. Starting Wednesday, April 1, 2020, the Arques Branch and 4th Street Branch will close temporarily until further notice. If you do need to visit a branch, the Asbury, Almaden, and Via Del Oro offices are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00 pm. We are also following the CDC guidelines by exercising extra precautions to sanitize our facilities and maintain social distancing for the health and safety of our employees, and members.

Our call center is open during regular business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please be aware that our hold times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume.

We understand members may be facing financial difficulties as a result of the Shelter in Place during this time; therefore, we have created the Member Financial Assistance Program1 with different financial solutions to assist you. In addition, we are participating in the California Mortgage Forbearance Program, recently announced by Governor Gavin Newsom, by offering the Mortgage Hardship Skip a Pay Program. Please read below details about each program.

Mortgage Hardship Skip-a-Payment Program

  • This program offers our members the opportunity to skip up to three months of your mortgage payment.

Hardship Skip-a-Payment Program (other loans): 

  • With this program, you’ll have the opportunity to skip up to three months of your visa® credit card, auto and or personal loan payment(s).

Emergency Loan2:

  • For unforeseen expenses, or reduced income you can apply for an unsecured loan up to $5,000 with a low rate.
  • When applying for this loan, please choose the Signature/Unsecured Loan option in the dropdown menu.

Zero Cash Advanced Fee:

  • Use your visa® credit card to transfer cash to your PremierOne checking or savings account, and we will waive the cash advanced fee.

Credit Card Limit increases3:

  • For a limited time we are granting emergency limit increases to your existing visa® credit cards.

ATM Withdrawal:

  • For your convenience, we have increased our ATM withdrawal from $500 to $1,000 per day.

Mobile Deposit:

  • There is no limit on the number of deposits; however, there are per check, daily and monthly limits on the dollar amounts deposited: PER CHECK LIMIT: $25,000 / DAILY LIMIT: $25,000
