Hardship Loan Assistance

Real Estate Hardship Assistance

 

The Credit Union can provide assistance to members who are experiencing financial difficulty with their PremierOne Credit Union Real Estate loans and want to avoid foreclosure.

If you have a financial hardship, we may be able to provide temporary assistance that will keep you in your home, including:

  • Lowering your monthly payment by temporarily lowering the interest rate
  • Lowering your monthly payment by extending the loan term
  • Consideration of other alternatives

If you are ready to apply for assistance on a Real Estate loan, you may complete a Real Estate Extension Application and a Service Representative will contact you.

If you have a mortgage that is in the city of San Jose but not at PremierOne Credit Union, you can contact ForeclosureHelp for assistance at:

ForeclosureHelp is a City of San Jose Housing Department program. The program is designed to provide information and referral services to assist families impacted by foreclosure and to help them navigate through the foreclosure process. Services are provided to San Jose Metropolitan area residents and include prevention, intervention, and family re-stabilization. This is a no fee for service organization.

Consumer Hardship Assistance

If you are experiencing financial hardship, we may be able to provide temporary assistance.

  • Lowering your monthly payment by temporarily lowering the interest rate
  • Lowering your monthly payment by extending the loan term
  • Consideration of other alternatives
