Real Estate Hardship Assistance
The Credit Union can provide assistance to members who are experiencing financial difficulty with their PremierOne Credit Union Real Estate loans and want to avoid foreclosure.
If you have a financial hardship, we may be able to provide temporary assistance that will keep you in your home, including:
- Lowering your monthly payment by temporarily lowering the interest rate
- Lowering your monthly payment by extending the loan term
- Consideration of other alternatives

If you are ready to apply for assistance on a Real Estate loan, you may complete a Real Estate Extension Application and a Service Representative will contact you.
